Q. What is the return policy?

A. Our aim is to provide the best service with which the customers are fully satisfied. If for any reason you wish to return the product, you can happly exchange it within a period of 7 days after the delivery of the goods with a valid receipt, on the condition that they are unused and unworn. However for hygiene reasons. During the period of sale, the goods can only be exchanged. For exchange of goods, the shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer needs to pay shipping charges again for exchange goods to be sent.

NOTE: In Custom Stitching all measurements are in inches. Once custom stitching is chosen, Kushi Designers will not be liable for any form of refund, as the product has been tailored to my own needs.


Q. What is the pricing policy?

A. The prices displayed can be converted into USD, INR, EUR, GBP and CND with the option on the top right of your screen. These prices are exclusive of shipping and handling charges.


Q. Can I return the dress or blouse which is stitched according to my measurement?

A. Sorry, custom stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged.


Q. Can the order be cancelled?

A. Sorry, orders once placed cannot be changed or cancelled.


Q. How long does it take to deliver the goods?

A. We aim in dispatching goods within 4 - 5 working days after receiving the order. For delivery of the goods, it depends from country to country. For example, For North America, it may take 6 to 8 working days, for Europe, it may take 5 - 7 working days, etc. After receiving an order, we will send you the tracking number of the ordered goods.


Q. Does shipping charges vary from country to country?

A. Yes, the shipping charges vary from country to country. To determine the shipping policy for your country, check in the link of shipping policy.


Q. How can I track my order?

A. You will receive an email with the tracking number and the website where you can track your order.


Q. What if the product delivered is not the one ordered?

A. Our team will make full effort to deliver the product which is shown on the website and which you have selected. If you see that the product ordered doesn´t match the product delivered, then you can call our customer care from Monday to Saturday from 8.00 to 20.00 and we will solve your problem.
